      Pros

      Company has free snacks and free lunches. Some executives are great mentors, while others drag the company and culture down.

      Cons

      Growth is nonexistent. They only hire people they want to hire and not qualified. They hire outside, just for those new people to quit with a few months. Does not value diversity and inclusion. The culture is broken. They gave us complete so many surveys, just for them to tell us, they will not take the cost of living riding into affect.

      Pros

      The CEO has sent out several emails in the past month notifying us of new work that ATI has secured that will extend into future years. it is an exciting time at ATI in the areas of growth and opportunity. Most of us work Hybrid (two days in the office and three days at home) this is a great mix for me to see co-workers and collaborate while having time at home for work-life balance.

      Cons

      Our building seems to be getting pretty full as we continue to grow employees.
