Pros

The company I was contracted at had great engineers, and I was able to get some good experience straight out of school.

Cons

Management is disconnect, and there is a large turnover rate. Dont expect a raise, or any form of advancement.

None.Avoid at all costs.Poor retention of staff.

Cons

Training was none.Six in office no experience of engineering.Nobody to fall back on.Two on shop floor at brunt end.
