Pros
I liked the people I worked with, but we had no backing from senior leadership on such a small team. Relaxed work environment.
Cons
The customer is allowed to trample on ATS employee's. The tuition reimbursement program is suspended, even though they do not mention that during the hiring process, the match program is just now back and has been modified to lower amounts. The company is disorganized and raises are low on top of a low starting salary.
