Pros
ATS has many wonderful applications and services to help businesses stay relevant and up to date with technology.
Cons
ATS infrastructure and management has completely lost touch with remote workers and therefore created an isolating mentality, and alienating chain of command. The morale of our certain team is at an all-time low and the few times we have escalated issues to upper management, it was met with the email or phone call being directed to the manager you're having all the issues with. This is not a great place to work if you're going to be away from either one of the corporate offices.
