      Availability of training material Transfer opportunities after 2 years Safety Culture Value their technicians

      Preach work life balance but do nothing to assist with achieving it All pay scales are subjective and if you agree to start at lower level and out-perform, adjustments are not provided accordingly, only the maximum incremental raises. Planner/Schedulers are not truly valued with no bonus program in spite of their work driving bonuses for site supervisors and site managers Planner/schedulers and site managers are viewed as plug and play and retention is not a major concern for these positions.
