      Pros

      Benefits were decent overall. Worked with many good engineers. Great learning opportunities. Very open with employees about changes in the company structure.

      Cons

      Pay was substandard as compared to "Company" employees doing the same job. Site supervisors were ineffective. Employees outside of supervisors stuck on off shifts.
