      Good Mentors, Poorly Run

      Pros

      Coming straight out of college I had the best mentors anyone could ask for. Learned more there in a few years than many of my counterparts have learned in a decade.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Not bad on a daily basis, but when it comes time for raises or things like that.
