- good friendly workmates - opportunity to work in Japan - you'll able to learn Nihongo if you're really eager for FREE!

Cons

- a lot of manager is not deserving to be in the position. No management skills (Why do you put them there???) - yearly increase seems unfair even you know to yourself you did above your Personal Business Commitment for the fiscal year. - promoting people who is not deserving! (office politics). - high turn over rates, you'll see new faces every year and a lot of seniors leave the company as well. - It feels bad to be a senior here, you'll be surrounded by freshman and knowing they were eating only cup noodles all day because of too low salary!
