Fantastic manipulation tactics that lead you to a false sense of purpose and misleading growth opportunities

Cons

I have never felt more misled in my life. I turned down 3 offers, some of which were higher pay / benefits / etc. to pursue what I felt was the 'right move' for myself and my family. Awful culture, horrific degree of sexism and outright misogynistic ideologies (I AM A MALE). Very toxic, religious CULTure. This company has no place in the tech space with a foundation built on a religion.

Pros

CEO Amanda is super nice and transparent. Monthly all-hands meetings with trivia and prizes. Sales org was like a family. Free soda and quarterly parties for product launches. Compensation was at or above market rate.

Cons

My manager was a supreme micro-manager. Seemed to have one foot in and one foot out. Company culture seems to be to look the other way. Diversity is lacking.

Pros

They have a vacation and sick time package. There is a hybrid work schedule, 3 days at home , 2 at the office. No weekends.

Cons

There is favoritism and clichés here. The upper management goes by numbers and does not really seem to care what we have to deal with in order to bring in the money. It all flows down hill, the RS team gets stuck with alot uncompleted things that we just have to work through.
