Pros
The Culture here is great and that’s one thing we can all agree on here.
Cons
They have improved on the way they train their employees here. However, it’s easy to fall through the cracks if you don’t have a mentor that has the time to help. We also are not getting paid the same standard for this role as other companies. We are assigned a lot of tasks that I don’t feel we get paid enough for.
