Pros

Leadership changes have lead to great culture changes. They constantly use the phrase team ball and are backing that up with action where employees are part of the discussions and solutions. New Udemy training has been made available for engineers as well.

Cons

No significant cons to speak up with the changes of the past year.

1 CI/CD still in stabilization 2 Want to have more Happy Hours
