Pros

I worked with intelligent people

Cons

They allowed harrassment in the workplace in the form of bullying. When I went to management about it the problem was not resolved and they laid me off in the first round of layoffs. Staff was cut 20% across the board to make the company look more profitable.

Pros

Leadership is strong and knowledgeable. The company is flexible and understands the balance of work and life balance. Managers are accommodating. Work environment is fun and upbeat. Leadership is making the investment to lower technical debt and do things the right way.

Cons

PTO is not up to par. Some leaders have a unbalanced life/work ratio and favor the company time but that is not the vibe overall.
