Pros
AdvancedMD has great pay and great benefits once you are brought on perm. They tend to hire most from hiring agencies rather than directly - but once you're hired on permanently it's a great company. You can learn a lot there, and as long as you're willing to ask you'll get an answer.
Cons
The environment doesn't work very well for those that are detail oriented as it's not incredibly organized. Everything has a reason however, so before you act, ask. Even if it doesn't make sense - ensure you don't go against the grain that the company is based on.
