Mgmt and Director in this area likes to play rough shot. They can work remote whenever they want but most of these processing positions require you to be at the office. Have to be careful what you say or want, because you can be targeted, made fun of, and backstabbed. Not a professional feeling and no maturity. Atmosphere is that of high school. Very condescending way of talking to employees, no respect despite all employees being grown adults. Even if they are at fault, there’s never an apology. Too much ego. Stay clear of this area.
