Pros
There are so many great things to say about Advancial! The organization feels like one big happy family. Management allows you to lead with the right amount of support and independence. I appreciate how learning is encouraged and if you are struggling in an area, or if you make an error, it is looked at as more of a learning/coaching opportunity instead of being blamed for a mistake, or told "you should already know this". There are SO MANY fun events throughout the year, and everyone seems down to earth and friendly. In my time here, I have seen people leave, and then come back to Advancial. Which says a lot about our culture, processes, management, and ultimately, the organization. This is a great place and I anticipate that I will retire here. :)
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that some areas need more employees to support the workload.
