This is a good employer. Financially sound. Good management. Good pay. Exceptional benefits. Good work environment. Promotes from within. Supports community involvement and wellness. Many employee activities. They're taking ALL employees to San Antonio in January.

Cons

The only thing would be healthier food in the vending machines, but I think they're already working on it. Seems like they're always looking for ways to make things better and making improvements.

Pros

Great benefits for employees and their family. Great working environment in all of the locations. Great leadership (for real), we have monthly all-staff briefings from our CEO and his office door actually cannot close. How's that for a legit open door policy?

Cons

People often find the company name hard to say so you constantly have to correct them but it's a small price to pay :)
