Pros

I've had the opportunity to work with people from different time zones and learn more about their culture, as well as new technologies and techniques to become better at my job. The ambiance at Advancio has no comparison, I've worked at different Tech companies and here you really get that sense of camaraderie and teamwork, not a day goes by here without having a good laugh and the unlimited coffee really helps us tackling all the daily tasks!

Great work environment. Flexible work schedule. Open kitchen with goodies. Casual dress code. Diverse culture. Saturday Lab-day is an opportunity to work on technologies we like, using the tools of our choice, with company financial support provided.

Cons

I do not have any negatives.
