-You can wait for 2 months waiting for a project. -They don't mind assigning non-related work to you (management mentality). -They don't mind scheduling meetings at 1 am, Fridays and Saturdays (work-life balance) -A lot of sweat talk with the opposite reaction in the work-life -Unprofessional and unorganized at all (environment), but out of my team, it's a quiet and cool environment with employees you can really talk with. -As a Software Engineer, they don't mind giving you a very old and outdated laptop and telling you that is a temp one, and once starting working on the project it will be replaced, and when you start working there is no replacement -Toxic environment
