they deduct the sick leave from your salary they lie About everything you will be pressured and they will not allow u to do ur work no estimates that are realistic no proper Requirement gathering in panademic they decreased the salaries although we were working full time and had alot of projects and new contracts they dont pay for extra working hrs its not an international company its more Egyptian than el hokoma f masr the HR is terrible not helpful at all no structure nothing

A good company to work at , very good working environment and 2 days work from home , very good starting salaries for juniors , and has a lot of projects specially in the field of RPA development

Cons

Bad Management , ambiguous KPIs for Engineers , No learning path for juniors to enhance their skills , Bad annual raises and no profit share
