Pros
Has a great potential, controls manager is respectful and honest, he cares about the futuristic vision and puts a huge effort to raise the department up. Salaries are good in comparison with the local market. Great work environment with highly energetic youth employees whose craving learning new stuff unlike TLs (except two or three of them)
Cons
Organizational structure needs to be refined, you can find team leaders who do absolutely nothing and be treated like valued employees however the younger employees do all the hard work. HR team be like they are working in FBI not managing the resources and get the best of them. They show an evil face when you about to leave the company, don't give all the necessary papers easily, treat you like a treator. Inter-exchangeable no trust between the HR and employees due to several severe incidents. Overtime hours are not paid fairly especially while commissioning abroad
