- the courses (but of course stayed there for 1.5 years and didn't take any)

Cons

-Unstable company - the worst management you'll ever find - if they don't want you in the company they will do all the twisted ways to get you out of the company without taking any compensation. - the management there with 2 faces a kind face in the public meeting and social media and a very bad face with the employees.

strategy - plan and improvement some people attack my company these days , let me say how many time need to discover the right way if you discover it you will not miss it again , i think many times we have strategy and may in some we will be wrong and re strategy to be right , we have plan and in some we will be wrong and re plan to be right but will always keep improvement - advansys-esc give us a lot other than any company give us salary more than market level give us family medical insurance 4 days work from home very structure HR team very structure environment transportation to metro , nearest to company location fun day every year every two month social activity nice place in nice area training course and opportunity to improve your skills technical and non technical CEO open door smart people will be pass and lazy people have chance to change and advansys-esc give some time to help and some time to take the right decision in the correct time many thanks to all staff work in #Advansys-esc
