- Very friendly environment. - Open door policy all the way. You can easily go to the CEO-CFO-HR or anyone of the board management to talk or discuss an idea. - The company has been here for only 4 years so the learning curve is really high with great and vast potentials. - Flexible work hours which ease the atmosphere much. - The managers here are Human and not machines, they always break the obstacle with each other and with the whole staff. - Egyptian striving to succeed at a very competitive atmosphere.
