The work environment is energetic. colleagues are mostly friendly and helpful. flexible hours.

Cons

The benefits package is lacking. quickly falls off to competition. hugely dependent on traveling around most of the year. extremely flat organization. no career development to speak of. The company is moving towards a SW oriented future which doesn't bode well for other departments.

- Whatever standards you know from all experience, you will face another mentality,ideas and decisions from management and that's indicate management is in another island and their decision always regarding their hate & love not with a professional measurement
