Pros
ARS has been a great. I've only been working for less than a year, but I feel like I've grown so much in a short amount time. I've learned so much, even things outside of my comfort zone and my area of expertise. The team is supportive and encouraging, and also very understanding to new people. The work is very challenging, and sometimes your work it is going to kick your butt. You're mostly outside of your comfort zone, but then again swords don't get sharp unless there is friction.
Cons
Office location - there are some loud trucks that pass by sometimes, and there is a gym nearby that plays some loud music. 2/3 of the office build is unaffected since they're not directly on the other side of it. There is a server room that separates them, and another office room. I am in that office room. The loud music in the morning is sometimes distracting.
