Pros

For me pro's included flexible schedule but that wasn't the case for most.

Cons

Low pay. Terrible practices for promoting from within, they would pay a person from out side of the company more for a position than they would to promote from within. The leadership's only goal is to line their own pockets without a care of what happens below them.

Working independently is perfect for me. No one looking over my shoulder. I know what to do and I just do it.

Cons

Not having the product I need in store. Counting on someone else to provide information to their employees about a program being implemented.
