      Great company to learn financial practices!! Great teammates Great Manager Great Director Decent Work/Life Balance Does not Micromanage - just need to get your work done. Decent starting pay. Unlimited PTO - approved by manager discretion.

      Cons

      Get used to change. Change in financial methodologies, systems & processes. Too much change that there is no monthly consistent process. Always needing to make new templates and adjusting templates. They don't give bonus unless you are at director level or above even though they mentioned bonus during interview. No pay increase in first year.
