      The only good thing about this is the remote work.

      Cons

      This company has NO idea what is going on. I'm not sure what is worse the management, the salary, the benefits or the complete lack of communication from everyone and anyone here. There's no way you are getting a raise & you are grossly underpaid. There are a handful of great people here but other than that many people lack the skills to actually do the job. They seem to be more interested in hiring a body to fill the seat then an intelligent person who wants to stay and excel. Really very sad.

      Nothing that striking stands out for me.

      Cons

      No matter how hard I worked, I was never made full-time and I had asked several times if it was possible. I was told it wasn't but people hired after me were coming in as full-time.
