Pros
Good company to work for if you have other income. One cannot survive on the few days you may get. December and January was deplorable. Only total of 9 days for both months combined. Lucky if you get 1 or 2 days a week....not the hours one is lead to believe when first hired. DSM's are excellent, but bet they have a hectic job trying to be fair by distribution of assignments. Pay is okay, but if you are sent to other stores don't expect any compensation. Travel is calculated at 40 plus miles and 1 hour plus time.
Cons
Problem is they hire too many extras/floaters and not enough events to go around. Company seems to have great expectations and hires more than is needed. Soon the work fizzles and you may not get work for days on end. I would not recommend this job to any person unless you are looking for a hobby for a days work here and there. Was good in beginning, but as time went on they hired more people and work becomes slim.
