Pros

The first 2 years was great, company was ethical and appreciated their employees

Cons

It's all about the company. I gave my life to the company only to be put in their cross hairs by a Regional Manager that was terminated due to her poor performance and was soon out the door myself.

Pros

Flexible schedule, awesome supervisor-my supervisor is the only reason I'm still around.

Cons

Lots of driving with no compensation, long work days, spread out territory, corporate office sucks, unrealistic objectives, too much of the same product sent into the stores with little creativity behind them, annual reviews are not close to on time and they do not make anything retroactive, raises are very minimal ( I had to laugh at mine ). I've busted my butt every day with little compensation.

Pros

I learn something new every day, and get the opportunity to work with great people everyday! My checks are never late, I have a very positive respect for my DM and feel that she genuinely cares about all of her employees. This is a company I trust as I did a lot of research before I ever put my application in. My experience thus far has been mostly positive.

Cons

Part time hours, need a full time work.
