      Advantage Sales and Marketing offered limited advancement options and very little compensation.

      Pros

      Advantage Sales and Marketing offered decent pay for those with no experience or education. The job was good for someone in High School.

      Cons

      Direct management had little respect for the employees, often taking favorites. Advancement was nearly impossible, no pay raise or promotion available without completely changing departments.

      Pros

      None, the treatment of employees is horrendous. No free time, you are at the mercy of upper management and your direct reports at ALL TIMES. territory is too big to be VERY successful. Thur-mon schedule sucks. management does not even try to accommodate their employees home life which is easily possible

      Getting hammered over the head constantly about on date execution. Terrible pay LOOOOONG HOURS. I am getting out at the first opprtunity

      Pros

      Advantage Sales and Marketing continues to grow, offering a multitude of opportunities to those who are willing to relocate. There are always lots of job openings.

      Cons

      The quality of benefits are not very good, but improving. If you have a growing family, the first couple of years can be tough due to limited salary growth. If you keep your head down and continue to add value for their clients, they will return the loyalty.
