      You get to network with several executives in the company, you learn a ton things even after the first week, you are given space to work and grow and there are endless opportunitites.

      Cons

      It might be difficult to retain all of the information, you might run into some people who are not serious about the job and you will do a lit of driving if you are placed on a DRT.
