      -- Being able to work one-on-one with coaches and supervisors -- Great advancement opportunities if you're willing to move -- Flexible work days

      Cons

      -- Working in a small market doesn't give much exposure to other areas of the company nationally -- Group projects can become a hassle trying to meet everyone's schedule and accomodating other members located all over the US -- Retail can become too repetitive, not enough exposore to the retail supervisor duties
