      Pros

      You work alone.Great co-workers on some teams and your daily contacts are fun to see regularly.That's about it and I'm being generous.

      Cons

      Horrible pay.NO RAISES EVER.Expensive benefit package.Car expense reimbursement is the pits and is about to be cut again soon.The company cares nothing for their retail associates and it shows.Company bottom line is met on the backs of employees with a constant barrage of benefit cuts.You pay through the nose for the privilege of working for these people.

      Not many It's a job Take off whenever you need to

      Few work hours No pay or cost of living raises Dental and medical cost more than I make a month Having to clean Walmart associates messes, they don't care about leaving things on our carts We basically spend an hour plus just cleaning that. Why clean, our carts got moved back in storage area. Walmart boss didn't want to spend bonus to expand it. Being part time, of course no vacation

      Weekends off for my particular position, that's about it now

      Cons

      Constantly changing how they do things and never get a straight answer if you have a question or the answer is different from each person you ask. Tons of boxes sent to your home for merchandising instead sending to the stores, cut car allowances to nothing, payroll takes weeks to correct a problem or even answer you for that matter, some divisions face lay offs every year and then they hire a bunch of newbs for less pay. No support, seems to be no chance of moving ahead, raises are non existent, I could go on and on. I only stay because my particular job is always a guaranteed 40hours a week and I do get weekends/nights off.
