      good job, money fair, enjoy the customers i meet at the stores

      Cons

      DSM is a joke. when you are hired you are promised hours that you don't get. They hire too many people for the same store that really cuts the hours. Manager has her picks and that is who get most of the hours. If you think you have a chance to advance with the company, think again, unless you a have a college degree you will get no where. when I was hired I was told this was just a start of my career with the company, but when you look into their jobbank you better have a degree.

      Lots of travel, sometimes alone for a long time.
