      The event specialists receive low pay and are treated like they're in elementary school

      Pros

      It's work with pay no frills...period.

      Cons

      Not enough hours only allowed 6 hrs per shift. You don't start work until after 10 am and work till 5-6 pm ( the best part of the work day is over when you start) Instead of giving you a full 8 hrs and 40 hr week they take the best part of the day and have you waiting to go to work all morning. There's 25-30 employees just getting 13 - 20 hr a week!

      The pay and the flexibility. The ease of work.

      Cons

      Gossipy co-workers. Word of mouth is the gospel here and if you tell someone something Tuesday be sure you'll hear it by Wednesday flying around.

      a great co to learn things thru

      was a learning experience- and educational. I knew about the reset -or merch side of things, but wasnt aware of the continuity projects or survey taking part., compensation was good, includeing drive time pay an mileage.

      my particular area mgr was not as helpful as the the mgrs of the projects i was assigned to assist, but the communcation was very readily there, and if one person didnt have the answer there were others to ask. the process i dislike the most was the repeative paperwork and online duplicity of reporting...in my case for ex. : paper report printed b4 your assigninment- have signatures, and answers to the questions. then online transfer to the same questions the written answers; the finally faxing the form to them. also pics were expected on some- and the sizing was an issue when uploading
