      travel east coast on the company

      Cons

      Did not speak with everyone they should have after recieving a HR complaint about me. This resulted in me being terminated, which I could deal with, but then they refused to pay me the vacation time I had built up, which I could not. I was in good standing at the time, but they said the state I lived in did not require them to pay this. I guess it was my mistake thinking all the people working for Advantage on the team were suppose to WORK and not goof-off

      Annual Vegas Trip Annual Bonus Team environment Flexible schedule

      Cons

      No growth plan Extremely hard to get promoted Nobody knows how bonuses are calculated / who gets them and why Since they service one big account, exposure/learning is very limited Upper management seriously needs to know how to deliver news ( good and bad). It is not good to get your updates at the water cooler. Salaries are okay, but just that

      Easy but frustrating

      Pros

      As an Event Specialist you make $10 per hour for basically non-skilled. Part-time.

      Cons

      Manger spends 98% of time in office doing some kind of computer work. Totally unaware of misuse of employee break times, meal breaks and eating of samples. Advancement to "Lead" gets you 50 cents raise (raises can takes months to catch up) and yet you have not authority. Otherwise no raises for longevity.
