a disconnect everywhere you turn. they play favorites. if you fit into the lifestyle of upper management and spend all of your time brown nosing you might make it a few years. you are expected to be on call 24/7. expected to work on vacations and don't dare take a sick day! 80 hrs a week is not enough. you are treated like an idiot at all times. the only ones that make it are the ones that don't get caught cheating with their numbers. they are notorious for laying people off in the mass's over the phone! they rule by threat. do it or else they will find someone who will.
