Pros
Growing company that does strive for Excellence as far as the customer experience.
Cons
Non-existence of HR department, who only seem to care about upper management. Managers work remotly with very little supervision who are free to abuse employees, play favorites and have little to no managemnt skills. You are expected to be on call 24/7, work on your days off and vacations. Phone calls and emails are constant and you will be written up for not working on your days off. No quality of life because of the constant demands with very poor pay. Promised bonuses have been suspended for now, no pay increases, horribly expensive benifits.
