      Pros

      Great insurance for the cost. You get 10 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, 2 weeks vacation, 3 weeks at 5 year anniversary. No boss looking over your shoulder daily. Get sharepoint and RW3 websites for account information. All administrative time at home is paid, and drive time after the first 30 and before last 30 are paid.

      Cons

      Extreme micro-management. Poor communications from account teams you rely on for that purpose. Field team usually tells the account team working with account buyers daily things before they know them. Worst part is that they expect extreme professionalism, you have to wear business casual, pay for your own cell phone, computer, and internet use, you get constant mailings of POP and POS materials with not a clue which account they're for and your direct supervisor absolutely knows nothing about your job duties other than the things he wants to see and things he wants reported. Managers won't answer their phones for crucial items, sometimes take up to 4 weeks to respond to emails, and promise to answer calls by end of day and respond to emails in 24 hours or less. Gas reimbursement is a measly 38 cents a mile, and no car allowances, and you will haul lots of stuff around!
