      Pros

      Independent nature of the work, you are your own boss to some degree. Meet a lot of nice people, both co-workers and store employees.

      Cons

      No pay increases whatsoever (I worked for ASM for five years and didn't receive one cost-of-living raise or merit pay increase) Hardly any opportunities for advancement. No feedback or yearly performance reviews, no effort on the part of upper management to assess employee progress and offer constructive feedback for improvement no encouragement. Poor communication about changes in policy Car and gas allowance Insufficient for the actual miles driven, lots of uncompensated vehicle wear and tear Overall lack of concern by upper management for the welfare of their hourly employees

      Great Company with a lot of runway for Growth. Company always acts with Honestly. Has seen great growth over the last few years and will continue to grow. Operates taking into considerations its employees and clients.

      Great Employees. Pray to God you get a good manager.

      Cons

      Culture of harassment, cursing, threats falsification of reporting and employee records. The pressure is so bad and expectations so unattainable about half of what we were reporting was false. Total chaos, no continuity changing so often impossible to keep up. Our managers were never satisified even when someone did perfect work we were told to report negative. hostile work enviornment, lousy pay and lying the only way to achieve expectations. No place for an honest person. You either get corrupted or get gone. If yje reports look good no one cares
