      Easy to get on. can arrange schedule when needed

      Cons

      Lowered from $.34 to $.29 per mile without notification, was promised that I would not have to drive more than 50 miles and then required drive up to 300 miles in a day. Use of my own car, camera, computer and printer (no compensation for paper or ink) use of my home and car for storing and transporting supplies for the job . Was promised succession training....nearly a year ago (now I am not to mention it). Can see problems with work load, especially channel teams. Low pay, no incentives, no drive to do a better job.

      More work for less pay

      Pros

      Good benefits package including health, dental, life and vision insurance. 401K plan and paid holidays and vacation time. No weekends.

      Cons

      Increased workload without increased compensation. Decrease in fuel/auto use creates lower overall compensation. Low pay for this type of job. Not provided with computer, internet service or cell phone although REQUIRED for the job. No cost of living increases. Wage cap not conducive to longevity.

      Monotonous work, part-time basis

      The pay is pretty good, hours can be good or bad, based on how long it takes to complete the task, nice people, casual environment

      Cons

      Work gets pretty monotonous, more like glorified hard labor, part-time basis only, hours are early and are not set, so you might end up working an 11 hour day
