Pros
As a Weekend Warrior, you can come and go to your assigned site as you are scheduled. Usually on the weekends and on Fridays. You get a lot of product training on the company you are a "Representative" for and cool gadgets and promotional stuff to showcase for customers and help out the sales floor at the store.
Cons
You are mostly on your own during working hours. There is no sales incentive for the employees even though you are encouraged to do so, just the same hourly wage. You are mostly just a product feedback tool for the Represented company.
