Pros
Individual acceptance (no discrimination based on preferred hairstyles, alt-type appearances, clothing, etc). Continuous efforts for comradery & team building. Decent pay opportunities depending on the team you're hired in on.
Cons
Poor communication by direct management & overall leadership. Lack of proper training, very much left to figure it out for yourself. Lack of support despite leadership claiming otherwise. Did not feel comfortable going to leadership with questions/concerns when it was necessary to do so. Management/leadership continuously pushing for your work to be infallible despite their inability to do so themselves. Reports to HR are disregarded. Training opportunities used to intentionally manipulate employment outcomes. Missing critical info on employee communications/documents despite constant insistence for accuracy on your part. Any further assistance is directed to a very poorly setup automated toll-free number that may hangup on you depending on the chosen selection - Very Difficult to speak with an actual human being. Incredibly difficult to get a full conversation in with either HR or management without being cut-off mid-sentence.
