      Pros

      I was able to be fully remote because the eCommerce group was fully distributed (i.e. no physical office), which made work-life balance easier to manage than having a role in a traditional office. The team I worked with had a lot of great people that made a concerted effort to develop a strong culture.

      Cons

      There was a lot of attrition in mid-2021 that caused issues with managing client needs, especially with the number of clients the company took on in 2020 when online shopping took off.

      Micromanaging The job now is two roles (40hrs each) merged Used to be remote and now "back to office 3 days a week" Layed off hundreds of people and hired a third partry company in INDIA Unfair salaries
