The rising gas prices are hurting me hard and the company is not doing anything to offset the continuing rise of gas prices. Most of my extra money is going in my gas tank. I’m forced to live on less food. Frequently I have had to wait till payday to cover the part of my territory that is an hour and more away from where I live. I’ve had to deal with medical issues so a few times I’ve clocked in sometime between 10-11 pm and it does not keep me from servicing all the stores I need to service on a weekly basis. I have not missed a single store visit and we are supposed to have a flexible schedule for a healthy work/life balance but now my supervisor wants me to check in with her every single work day like I’m a five year old and be clocked in by 8 am every workday. I work hard and always get all my work done. I’m being treated poorly and unfairly and I don’t know what to do about it.
