      Easy job disorganized management

      Pros

      If you are outgoing and enjoy talking to people, it's an easy and fun job. Your job is to ask people if they would like to try a sample of the product you are promoting. Can be boring at times but overall easy.

      Cons

      Job can be boring when the store doesn't have a lot of customers. Management doesn't really know what they are doing and often gives you conflicting information then blames it on you when something doesn't go right.

      My boss is great, the pay could be better

      Cons

      They don't pay gas for the first 40 miles, and per mile is a joke. You drive to Tucson and back and they pay $18.00. 9 up 9 back! It's really not worth it if your vehicle isn't good on gas,! Let's say they pay $20 an hour, When it's all said and done your really getting $10 an hour and that isn't going to keep your employees from looking for a job elsewhere!

      Pros

      All the people I worked directly with were positive and helpful.

      Cons

      At the time there was a big internal restructuring in my area of operations, resulting in lots of turn-over or moving of people between departments/managers, which made the work environment a little chaotic. Also, there was very little in the way of specific job training when I joined, which often resulted in confusion about roles and goals for each person on the team.
