      Some really nice teammates, we all bond by suffering together Flexible schedule

      Cons

      #1 objective is to generate returns and will divest portions of business and people to make it happen. It is run by Bain capital after all. Low pay - they mentioned for years now they are doing a salary payback review . Guess the results came back more against their favor than they thought. They have not mentioned it since. Hiring freezes forces people to take on extra work without notice or choice. No pay raises Non communicative leadership Leadership travels to show up for photo ops while they cut everyone else's travel budgets and expenses
