      The work is easy most of the time.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. It’s all in the buddy system and who you know. Different rules for different people. My lead kept telling me I should go back to Walmart and did not have a clue about disability rights. When our job was paused, she actually said, Oh my gosh I am so not going to miss dealing with this! No clue!
