Pros
Good work/life balance if you live close to where you work. Set schedule/hours 95% of the time. Good pay for salaried managers in Washington state.
Cons
HR department is a joke. Time card theft or any policy violation that is bubbled up to them takes weeks to get a response. HR also decides to turn a write up into final notices MONTHS after the fact and ask their associates to resign documentation. DMs are not seens as often as they say they will see you; typically they manage from an email-only standpoint. Super micromanaged- detailed "day in the life" broken down into 30 minute intervals they expect you to do every day without fail. No room for flexibility without getting push back.
