      I do not have that many dealings with the Advantage Employees. I do not even know who my recruiter is.

      Their health care plan is less than acceptable. The orginization is non-existant

      Great technical training, good compensation, consistently learn new information

      Attitude and arrogance is ubiquitous, very much like a high school environment, management and team leads are severely lacking in professionalism and the ability to have an honest, upfront discussion about real issues, everything seems to be black or white with no grey area and the suggestion that any problem exists for a reason outside of their "black or white" areas will start your termination clock ticking
